Online Bill Pay (UPAY)

Jumping from site to site? It's great for online shopping; not so much for bill paying. With UPay, our online bill pay, your bills are paid from one secure site that is available 24/7. No more paying for stamps and envelopes.

With UPay...

  • Pay bills in minutes from the organized Payment Center.
  • Set payment dates and keep the funds in your account until that date.
  • Create bill reminders.
  • Save payees, addresses, and account numbers for future payments.
  • Set up automatic payments.
  • Have eBills delivered and paid directly from the site.
  • Transfer Money to an account you own at another financial institution in the U.S. with our Transfer Money transferring service.
  • The UPay service is provided at no charge and is available to Checking account holders with Online Banking. Handling fees apply to expedited payments and External Account Transfers.

eStatements

eStatements are your regular paper statements...just minus the paper. This free service makes your monthly statement available through Online Banking, allowing the statement to be offered to you sooner. Plus, the service is completely "green," which Mother Nature happens to be a fan of.

With eStatements...

  • Receive the statement the day after the monthly statement cycle ends.
  • Print the statements or store them on your computer.
  • Live greener.

Account Alerts

United Bank & Trust offers a wide range of Account Alerts that helps consumers manage their finances and keep their accounts safe at no extra cost.

Choose to be notified when:

  • Your balance is below an amount you specify.
  • A deposit, withdrawal or even a specific check number posts to your account.
  • A payment or advance has posted to a loan.

How to Set Up Account Alerts

  • Log in to your Online Banking
  • Click on Enroll in the Alerts section of the Home page
  • Choose how you want to receive your Alerts. Alerts are available as an email or a text message. Each method requires activation.
    (Your mobile carrier's text messaging and web access charges may apply.)
  • Set up Do Not Disturb times. Alerts will not be sent during these times.
  • Choose the Alert you wish to subscribe to. Then choose the account to apply the alert to, the method of notification and click Save.

Add new alerts, turn off existing alerts, or change your notification preferences at any time. Learn more by viewing the Alerts for Online Banking video in the Online Education Center.
