How much does Online Banking cost?
For personal account holders, there is no monthly service charge. Several options, such as Popmoney and Account2Acount transferring, available through our Online Bill Pay, do charge small fees per transaction. All fees are disclosed prior to completing any transactions.
How do I enroll in Online Banking?
- Visit our homepage
- Click on "Enroll" in the top right hand corner of the page
- Fill in the "First Time User Information" and click "Submit"
- Choose a Username and Password and click "Submit"
- Review our Online Banking Terms and Conditions. A printable version can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlinked "Terms and Conditions." If you accept, please click "I Accept." You must accept the Terms and Conditions to use Online Banking.
- Establish your security measures by choosing an Authentication Image, Authentication Pass Phrase, three security questions, and registering your personal computer. Click "Submit" when you are done.
>> The Authentication Image and Pass Phrase security pieces will always appear during your login process to assure you are logging in to the official www.ubankonline.com web site. If you do not see your chosen Authentication Image and Pass Phrase, do not proceed with your login and notify your local branch immediately.
>> Computer registration enhances the authentication process and is recommended for personal computers. Computer registration is not recommended for public or shared computers.
I'm using Online Banking for the first time, how do I log in?
Enter your username, choose the radio button that applies to you, and click "Login." Depending on the computer you are using, public or personal, you may be asked to answer a security question you set during enrollment. If you answer the question correctly, you will be brought to a screen that displays your Authentication Image and Pass Phrase. If the correct Authentication Image and Pass Phrase are displayed, enter the password you set at enrollment and click "Submit." If the screen DOES NOT display the correct Authentication Image and Pass Phrase, cease your log in, close the screen, and call your local branch immediately.

How much does an eStatement cost?
eStatements are free to all our personal account holders.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
First, enroll in Online Banking. If you are already an Online Banking customer, click on the "Options" tab in your online banking profile. Scroll to the section labled "eStatements Enrollment" and click "Enroll Accounts." Choose the accounts you would like to enroll, verify your e-mail address, review and accept the Terms and Conditions. You may also enroll at your local branch.
How do eStatements vary from regular paper statements?
There is no paper...and it arrives faster! That's it. eStatements look and include everything a paper statement does. eStatements are available for viewing through your Online Banking account the day after the statement cycle ends.
How will I know when my eStatement is ready?
We will send you an e-mail to let you know your statement is prepared. The e-mail will contain a link to our website. Click on the link, login to your Online Banking account, and click on the "Documents" tab along the top of your screen. You will be able to access your past statements.
How much does Online Bill Pay cost?
UPay, our online bill pay system, is free of monthly service charges. However, several options available through UPay, such as Popmoney and Account2Account transferring, do charge small fees per transaction. There may also be a fee to send payments overnight to some vendors. All fees will be disclosed prior to completing any transactions.
How do I enroll in UPay?
- Log in to your Online Banking account
- Click on "Enroll in UPay" at the top and center of the page
- Fill out the enrollment form and click "Submit" when you are finished
- UPay will be available to use within the next 24 hours
How do I add a bill in UPay?
To add a bill, click on the "Add a Bill" tab at the top of the page. Select if the payee is a person or a company and then click "Continue." You will be able to search for the billing information for this payee. If the database finds a match for your payee, the billing address will be entered for you. If not, you can manually enter the address. When you are finished entering all of the payee's information, click "Add a Bill." The bill will now show in your Payment Center. Click here for a demo.
How do I make a payment?
In your Payment Center, enter the amount and the payment date next to the bill or bills you would like pay. Click "Make Payments." Sit back and relax...because your bills are paid.
Are there daily limits set on my card?
Yes, for your protection and to deter fraud, there is a daily limit on your card. Please refer to your Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure for more information on the daily limits or call your local branch.
What if I need to spend more than the daily limit?
Please contact your local branch to request a change in limits.
I'm traveling out of state and my debit card is being declined...what's wrong?
As an added layer of security, we do block certain transactions made outside your usual geographical history. If you plan on traveling out of state or the United States, please let us know so that we can make accommodations for your card to work properly at your destination.
What if I forget my PIN?
Please call your local branch and we can send you a PIN verification. This verification comes by mail and should arrive in five to seven business days.
Is there a fee for using other bank's ATMs?
Yes, an ATM fee of $1.00 will be applied for each transaction conducted at an ATM not owned by United Bank & Trust. In addition to this fee, many ATM owners will charge a fee to use their ATM. These charges will be displayed on the screen before the transaction is complete.
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
First, enroll in our Online Banking. Once an Online Banking user, log into your account. Click on the "Options" tab and scroll to the section labeled "Mobile Banking Profile." Click "Enroll Device."
I don't have a Smart Phone. Can I still use Mobile Banking?
Of course. We offer Mobile Banking in three different platforms.
- Text Banking: Text Banking allows you to send text commands to the bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account information, balances, and transaction history. Receive text message responses directly to your phone. Standard text messaging fees may apply.
- Mobile Browser: The Mobile Browser will enable you to get full and extended mobile banking capabilities on your web-enabled phone. Receive optimal banking experience with a look and feel similar to the PC-based Online Banking. Standard internet fees may apply.
- Downloadable App: The Downloadable App will provide you with a customized application for your iPhone, or Android phone. The App will provide an intuitive and rich user experience consisting of easy-to-navigate screens and menus. Receive all the benefits of mobile browser banking, enhanced by your phone's unique features.
What if I need to make changes to my Mobile Banking profile, change my number, add new services, or download the App again?
Click on "Options" in your Online Banking profile. Scroll to the section labeled "Mobile Banking Profile" and click on "Manage Device(s)." From this screen, you will be able to change your number, delete this service from your phone, change services, re-download the App, or have a link to the Mobile Browser site sent again to your phone.
I'm locked out of my Mobile Banking. What do I do?
Call your local branch and they will unlock your device for you.
Can my business use Online Banking and how much does it cost?

Can my business enroll in eStatements?
We offer free eStatements to our business customers. To enroll, contact your local branch.
Does my business account come with a debit card?
We offer Visa® Business debit cards to our business account holders. As a business owner, you can order individually embossed cards for employees as well as set daily transaction limits for each cardholder. All transactions will appear on the monthly statement for easy recordkeeping.
How do I receive a Business debit card?
