**We will allow two transfers, penalty free, from the HSA certificate per year. Additional withdrawals from the HSA Certificate are subject to 180 day interest penalty with a minimum withdrawal of $500. Rate is equal to the rate on the United Bank & Trust 12-month certificate on the date of opening. Minimum transfer of $2,000 to open the HSA certificate.
